The payment buttons will each open in a new tab and take you to the PayPal payment page. You can pay with your PayPal account or with any debit or credit card.
**If testing two or more students and one student is a first, second, or third grader, it will be necessary to go through the payment process twice: once for grades 1-3, and once for grades 4-12. The testing fee for grades 1-3 is higher as these books are consumable and may only be used once.**

| Grades 1-3 Testing Fee Basic Report Only – $63 (per student) Please use this option if one or more students is taking a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd grade test and you only want the Basic Report. Add the total number of tests @ $63 each for total payment. After payment for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd grade testing is made, return to this page and use another option to order 4th – 12th grade tests. | |
