Most clients will break this amount into 9 monthly payments of $50 starting in September and ending in May. There is also a $63 non-refundable application fee.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can 7th and 8th graders be in the Diploma Program? ” el_id=”1508434497012-5461633d-01e0″]Yes! Students can enroll in the Diploma Program when they are in the 7th or 8th grade. Students in 7th and 8th grade can take classes that can be counted toward high school credit.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”I have an 11th grader. Can I enroll him in the Diploma Program? ” el_id=”1508434510794-76fd95e9-9272″]The 11th grade year is the last year we will accept students into the Diploma Program. To ensure credibility and accuracy of grades reported, we typically prefer to have a student enrolled in the Diploma Program for two full years before we would present a diploma.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”My student attended a public or private high school before being home schooled. Will those courses show up on her transcript? ” el_id=”1508434537834-e35b3369-c983″]If you have school records and/or transcripts, we can incorporate those courses into the student’s NCCA transcript. If the student has not attended public or private school but has done high school level course work, this can also be shown on a student’s transcript if the work is accurately documented.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Will course work done through the NCCA Diploma Program be accepted at the college or high school level?” el_id=”1508434553459-30de7742-6207″]Basic Skills has been working with college bound students for many years, and we have never encountered an instance where the transcript, along with a ACT or SAT test, has not been accepted by a college.

High schools vary by district and even from school to school regarding what they will and will not accept. We suggest contacting the school counselor and discussing with them what they will and will not accept if you know that your student is planning to enter public school.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Is Basic Skills accredited?” el_id=”1508434578201-e490c3bb-a1e3″]We are not state or federally funded, nor is our diploma accredited or regulated by government standards. Taking this position ensures that your academic and religious freedom is not compromised. Our intent is to assist parents as they educate and train their students toward academic and vocational excellence, allowing the Bible to inform all subjects. We are pleased to note that students graduating from NCCA have been accepted at both public and private colleges and universities nationwide.[/vc_toggle][vc_btn title=”Apply Now” style=”custom” custom_background=”#6fc191″ custom_text=”#f7f7f7″ size=”lg” align=”center” i_align=”right” i_icon_fontawesome=”fa fa-angle-right” link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.basicskills.net%2Fdiploma-program%2Fdp-application%2F||target:%20_blank” button_block=”true” add_icon=”true”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
